Mom-bie Season

Dear World,

Anything you can do, moms can do with one hand and no sleep.

Little Man’s sleep patterns are resembling the holiday season. Every day is different. Nothing is consistent. Some nights he gives me super long stretches of the softest blissful baby snores (which are the cutest by the way), and other nights (like last night) he has stretches where he is up and down every ten minutes for hours at a time.

But despite how we look here, hands down these are the best moments of my life. Motherhood has shown me a love that is so innocent, pure, and unconditional. Even if I’m a bit of a Mom-bie🧟‍♀️ today, I’m here for all of it.

To the mommas rocking their babies in the middle of the night, struggling to keep their eyes open - 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗷𝗼𝗯. 💪🏼🖤

Side note - his pj’s say “Strong Like My Mom” and it’s not lost on me that the “Like My Mom” part might also be referencing those little monsters on his shirt. I’m seeing the resemblance at the moment. 💁🏼‍♀️☕️🙃
